What does the setup fee cover?
The once-off setup fee covers the precise engineering required to secure your digital identity, including .co.za domain registration for the first 12 months, provisioning of cloud email routing, and building your independent mailboxes. This fee is payable in full upfront before any allocation begins.
Do you provide support for my personal devices?
No. Our service is strictly limited to backend cloud server infrastructure and domain hosting. We do not configure or troubleshoot email profiles on your local hardware or mobile devices; you are responsible for endpoint configuration using the Technical Configuration Sheet we supply.
How and when is payment handled?
Monthly subscription fees are payable in advance via recurring Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or automated stop-order, strictly due on or before the 1st calendar day of every month. Note that JL Vorster is a Non-VAT Registered Vendor, so no VAT is charged.
What happens if a payment is missed?
We reserve the right to immediately suspend email routing and server access if payment is outstanding past the due date. If default continues for more than 45 days, historical mailbox data and domains will be permanently purged from the cloud servers.
Can I increase my storage capacity?
Yes. Each tier has a hard ceiling for disk space; if your mailboxes reach this limit, it is the client’s responsibility to manage data retention or request a package tier upgrade to increase your storage allocation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Subscriptions may be cancelled by either party at any time by providing 30 days written notice.
